Delivery
Each piece of my jewellery is handmade by me , that's why I take extra care and attention whilst packaging it ready to be sent off to you.
The jewellery I send is carefully checked to make sure it leaves in pristine condition. I wrap in quality sparkly tissue paper, place it carefully inside a gift bag and then protect it with a thick padded envelope to ensure it arrives with you in the same condition as when it leaves here.
All the items on my website come with 100% free delivery.
I know what it's like to shop online, have a browse around, find something you like, register on the website and fill in all your details only to be hit with a hefty delivery charge added on right at the end. That is why each of my items are available with completely free delivery through Royal Mail.
I try to get every parcel despatched the same day. I only take payment for items I hold in stock. This means I can usually deliver your order within 2 - 3 working days.
Whilst I take care to ensure that items are correctly packaged, addressed and that my details are clearly marked on the reverse in case of non-delivery, I have to accept that sometimes packages will be delayed or will go astray. In this instance please inform me of any problems straight away through my contact page so that I can try to track down your package and offer a full refund or replacement item if necessary.
To minimise any delays it is important that I have your correct address, including your full postal code.
