Damages & Returns

I want you to be delighted every time you shop at yuju.co.uk. Occasionally though, I understand that you may wish to return items. That's why I offer a no-quibble returns policy on everything I sell.
 
Unused items can be returned direct to yuju.co.uk within 7 days for a full refund.

When returning unused goods please return them with the nylon security tag and the yuju.co.uk logo still attached.

All my goods are guarranteed for 30 days and your normal statutory rights apply in the event of any faults or breakages.

I recommend that, where possible you use the original packaging to return your goods and, in all instances, please print off and complete the Returns Form below and include it with your package.

For your benefit and security I recommend that you ask your Post Office for a Receipt of Posting. This is free of charge and will ensure proof of postage in case your item goes astray.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns of earrings, this is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
 
On receipt of your item yuju.co.uk will refund the full cost of the item to the card used to make the purchase.
