Where's our phone number?

My aim when building Yuju was to bring you new and exciting jewellery handmade from materials sourced from all around the world, stunningly presented and packaged to please. I spend a lot of time out and about at trade shows, networking, buying supplies and also processing orders, I'm not really around to answer phone calls.

That doesn’t mean I don’t want to hear from you, I love hearing from all of my website visitors, it’s just that replying to emails works out a lot easier and effective for me. I can respond to them all in one go every couple of hours, instead of having to employ someone else to handle the telephone calls and sit by the phone all day on the off chance it may ring, this would add unnecessary overheads to the business and put up the price of all the products I try to price as fairly as I can.

Hopefully I have already answered your question in the FAQs, so be sure to check there first, but if not, head over to the contact page and ping me a message. I usually reply to all messages within a couple of hours during the daytime and I'm usually around at some point in the evening too when I can write back to you.
