Contract for sale
Yuju has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images sometimes vary according to the monitor they are viewed on.

All references to "silver" and "gold" etc. refer to colour and not material of product. If it is made of sterling silver, silver plated, gold, gold plated etc. this will be stated in the name and or the description.

We aim to keep all items displayed on the site in stock at all times but, due to the nature of our products, the ranges being imported or hand-made means that it is inevitable there could be breaks in supply. It should not be possible to pay for any item that is out of stock. You can only checkout and pay if items in your basket are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items you have purchased will be with you within a few days.
 
However, on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and yuju.co.uk, so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘confirmation of despatch’ email sent once your order has been successfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked.

Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are hand made from natural materials and their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown.
 
We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us, but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us  immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns below.

All our jewellery is handmade.

We operate a secure online payment system via Realex services.

Your items will be delivered free of charge to your door by Standard Royal Mail service.

There is a no quibble 7 day returns policy and a 30-day guarantee on all our jewellery.

 
Making A Purchase
When you make a purchase from yuju.co.uk you will receive notification of dispatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.
 
It should not be possible to order any item that is out of stock. Items placed in your shopping basket that are currently out of stock will be highlighted by ***. Until you remove them from your basket you cannot proceed to the checkout/payment page. This means that you can shop with confidence that the items you have paid for will be with you within a few days.
 
Our prices are stated in pound sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate.
 
Delivery Details
Your items will be delivered by Royal Mail Standard Delivery Post. There will be no additional charge to you for this service.
Once your order has been accepted, we aim to deliver your item(s) within 2-3 working days. You will receive an e-mail notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent.

In many cases the package will be a size that can easily be posted through your letterbox. However, if the package is too large for your letterbox please note that if no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. Royal Mail will give you details of when and where it can be collected.
 
Safety & Security
We accept payments from most major credit and debit card companies.
 
Your safety when paying for goods is guaranteed because here at Yuju we use the latest technology and advanced security measures to protect your details at all times.  We use Realex for our payment protection system.

Realex is approved by many banks and other financial organisations and have been given the Account Information Security (AIS) certification by VISA. We chose Realex to handle our online payment system because of the reputation they have for security and privacy.

Realex are used by a host of other online companies such as Virgin Atlantic, Vodafone and AXA and not only do they protect your online payments but they also help to prevent fraud and malicious software.

Our payments page is SSL encrypted which means that your information is protected the moment you enter it onto the page by means of encryption. Always look for the https:// web pages and the padlock symbol which is your guarantee that the page is certified to be secure.

Yuju.co.uk uses your address as a convenient way to contact you about your order. From time to time, we may update you on relevant offers or new ranges of products, but only with your permission. We will not pass your details on to any other relevant third parties that we think you may be interested in if you have requested us not to do this.
 
Returns
At yuju.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items.
 
Unused items can be returned direct to us within 7 days for a full refund. For full details of our returns procedure please go to our Damages and Returns page.

All our items are guarranteed for 30 days and can be returned within this time period if they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings, this is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
